A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I’m also a mother, a seeker, a believer in magic, a woman who has lived many chapters, shed many identities, and continues to discover more of herself along the way.
I believe healing can be sacred without always being serious. I believe laughter belongs in transformational spaces. I believe our bodies hold wisdom, our intuition speaks long before our minds catch up, and some of the most powerful moments of our lives begin when we finally stop abandoning ourselves.
I don’t believe I stand above the women I work with.
I walk beside them.
Because I am still living, learning, remembering, expanding, and becoming too.
And maybe that's part of what makes this work so sacred.

I didn't create The Temple of Embodiment because
I learned how to guide women home from a textbook.
I created it because I had to find my own way home first.
My own journey has asked me to unravel who I was taught to be, heal what I had carried for far too long, and remember the woman underneath it all.
I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself beneath survival, expectations, motherhood, relationships, old wounds, and all the versions of yourself you once needed to become.
And I also know what it feels like to begin finding her again.
To remember. To heal. To rebirth. To finally come home.
That journey changed not only the way I live, but the way I hold space for other women.
Today, my work weaves intuitive guidance, energy healing, inner-child healing, embodiment, light language, and deep transformational mentorship. But beneath every modality is something much simpler:
I believe there is a woman within you beneath the survival, the expectations, the fear, and everything you learned you had to become.
I’m not here to create her.
I’m here to help you remember her.
MY PATH
For more than a decade, my work has centered around healing, the body, energy, intuition, and the connection between what we carry internally and how we experience our lives.
My path began through hands-on healing and evolved into something much deeper—supporting women through emotional healing, energetic transformation, inner-child work, intuitive guidance, embodiment, and the process of returning to themselves.
Over the years, I’ve learned that healing rarely happens in one perfectly straight line.
Sometimes we need to understand.
Sometimes we need to release.
Sometimes we need to grieve.
Sometimes we need to remember.
And sometimes, we are being asked to let an entire version of ourselves fall away so that the woman underneath can finally emerge.
That is the work I am here to hold space for.
Not to tell you who you should become.
Not to convince you that you need fixing.
But to walk beside you as you remember what was yours all along.
